Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

• Request the refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date
• Contact our support team with your refund request
• Provide your account email address for verification

Refund Process

Once you submit a refund request:

• Our support team will review your request
• Refunds are processed within 1 business day of approval
• The refund will be credited to your original payment method
• It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank

Trial Period

We offer a 7-day trial for $1, which allows you to test all features of Social Prospector Pro. The $1 trial fee is non-refundable but gives you full access to evaluate the software.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time by:

• Clicking on the "Billing" section in the left side menu
• Following the cancellation instructions

Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time within a billing cycle after the 14-day guarantee period.
